Original Mercedes-Benz rubber grommet for the holder of the wiper water tank in the front right inner fender of the models W124, 190 (W201) and W210.

After many years, the factory-installed rubber retainer becomes brittle and no longer seals optimally.
When repairing the front inner fender under the wiper water tank, a new grommet should therefore be inserted directly.
